★ How do I track my orders? Once your order is shipped, you can track it here: https://www.posindonesia.co.id/en/tracking and your country's postal tracking site (once the package arrives in your country, updates may be more detailed on your local post office's tracking site). For orders from Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, you can track it here: https://rayspeed.com/track.php
★ Do you ship to all countries? We currently don't ship to these countries:
- UK, unfortunately due to the current VAT laws we can not ship to the UK.
- Puerto Rico, all shipping options to Puerto Rico from Indonesia are only available for export above 30kg
- Any countries at war

★ How long does shipping take? Most orders are shipped using Pos Indonesia standard tracked shipping and can take anywhere between 7 - 14 business days, not including customs clearance. Orders from Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan are shipped using Rayspeed Asia and takes 5-7 business days.

☆ORDER☆
★ Is customs duty/VAT included in the price? No, depending on your country's customs law you may have to pay customs duty when the order arrives in your country. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it or it’s in your country and the tracking has not updated for a good amount of time, it is often times being held at your local post office for you to pay customs fees.
★ Do you have other payment methods? Unfortunately we can only use options listed as we are based in Indonesia.
★ Can I cancel my order? Order cancelations are possible as long as your package has not already been sent out for delivery, email us about the cancellation at valerieks.shop@gmail.com.
★ Can I add an item to an order I already paid for? If your order status is Awaiting processing, and the item you wish to add does not exceed the weight limit of the shipping cost you've paid, we can help you add the item to your order. Please email us at valerieks.shop@gmail.com (Please note that since all items are PRE ORDER, adding items could mean you'll need to wait longer).
★ My order arrived damaged, what should I do? While we do quality check and inspect all items before sending them out, items may become damaged in transit. Please contact us at valerieks.shop@gmail.com within a week of your order's arrival to discuss a resolution. Send us photographs of the damaged item and we will assist you as best as we can!
★ My order is lost / stolen, can you give me a refund? No, we are not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Undeliverable items due to incorrect address from the customer can not be refunded.
